Absolutely Clean Restoration Ltd has more than 30 years’ experience in the cleaning industry, including the past 20 years specialising in flood restoration.

Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in all aspects of fire and flood restoration. We began as professional carpet and upholstery cleaners and were regularly called upon to help household customers with minor flood incidents—known as escapes of water (EOW)—caused by radiators, sinks, pipes, drains and appliances.

This led to larger projects and work supporting other companies during major flooding at commercial properties. Our powerful truck-mounted system can quickly remove large volumes of water, even when the electrical supply has been isolated. By 2004, restoration work accounted for an increasing share of our business, and around 2014, we invested in specialist drying and testing equipment, formally establishing ourselves as an independent contractor in the sector.

Backed by extensive training and decades of first-hand experience, we have become one of central Scotland’s leading independent restoration contractors.
